The course of Physical Education in Kindergarten is very important, not only for the physical development of children but also for the mental and social benefits it offers. More specifically in kindergarten, we plan activities that aim at the total mobility of the child and promote his physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development. We ensure a safe environment, the necessary equipment and facilitate the participation of the child in various activities and games taking into account the needs and possibilities of his age. In a playable way, children develop their motor skills, their neuromuscular trapping, their balance, but at the same time through play they learn to collaborate, take on responsibilities, roles and learn to observe and respect rules. Some activities, for example, are :
- Road games
- Traditional games
- Collaboration games
- Rhythm games
- Reaction and coordination games
- Balance, strengthening and neuromuscular trapping exercises
- Ball familiarity exercises and games
- Throwing games
- Layered salt exercises
