Steam Experiment

The young Pre-K students did another steam activity approaching polar animals and their characteristics in an alternative way. Wanting to understand how they protect themselves from the cold with the help of their fat, we did an experiment with the only ingredients: butter and cold water. With the help of the experiment we were got familiar the polar animals and realized experientially how fat reduces the feeling of cold.
