Math games in Kindergarten!

We implemented an interdisciplinary action in our Kindergarten combining poetry, visual arts and mathematics with play! After reading the poem "The Snowman and the Sparrow" we made a snowman with classroom materials and played a Math game. The children, after listening to the poem and understanding it with appropriate questions, made the snowman with the carotene nose by making additions and subtractions!
